Loyalty

Loyalty: strong feeling of support or allegiance.

Loyalty is about people who stay true behind your back.

People are so willing to give their loyalty to big corporations, to money, to people who don’t truly know them or care for them. Yet, they can’t seem to stay loyal to those that care and give so much of themself to them.

The sport of bodybuilding is all about trust and loyalty. If you can’t trust your coach and be loyal to them, you do not belong in this sport. This sport is both mentally and physically taxing. You will be pushed to your limits in many facets. You will always need somebody in your corner. Somebody whose knowledge you trust and somebody who is always going to have your back.

it’s not a hobby; it’s a lifestyle
Bodybuilding is a lifestyle. If you want to compete you must commit to it. You must trust the process and be loyal to your plan.

You must make a solid commitment
If you can’t put in the time and the effort and commit to the sport, then you better forget it. When your coach lays out a plan for you you must be willing and able to follow every step. Question them to increase your own knowledge but never to question theirs. If you do that, you do not trust them and perhaps they aren’t the right fit for you.

It requires discipline
Bodybuilding requires a lot of discipline, drive, and determination. Your coach will always be there to guide and motivate you, but you must find that discipline within you. .

Trust must be there
Lee Labrada, a former professional bodybuilder, was quoted as saying, “I’ve made many good friends in bodybuilding, though there are few I’d trust to oil my back.” Staying loyal to your coach means you fully trust them. You listen to their guidance. You don’t go outside of your bodybuilding family with any issues you wish to discuss. Your coach is your number one source of information and you trust their eyes and their eyes alone. They have your best interests in mind and they will always guide you properly. After all, as their athlete you represent them when you walk proudly on stage.

We are so happy that most of our clients have given us all of their loyalty and trust. That is all we need to be a successful team. With that, we can work through any problems. Without that, we have nothing.
