Coach’s Overnight Iron Oats.

 

Ingredients:

1 cup oats

1/2 cup Oat milk

1 scoop Ghost brand protein

1/4 cup Triple Zero Yogurt

1 tbsp chia seeds

Blackberries, Blueberries, Raspberries, strawberries

Combine all ingredients in a mason jar or Tupperware. Place in the refrigerator over night. Enjoy!! #gainz misfitz make fit happen!
