Iron Misfitz Training Studio Corp. is an independent owned and operated S corporation. We are fully, licensed and insured. (Insurance proof on request.) We strive to get the best out of everyone. Once a package is purchased there are no refunds. All packages are to be paid in full after the assessment and before the package begins. All sessions can be paid in cash, using cash app., Venmo, PayPal, or credit card. All sessions expire one year from purchase. Any unused sessions will be forfeited. Gift cards must be activated within 1 year of purchase and will expire 3 months after activation. Cancellations require at least 2 hours’ notice or shall be counted as a missed session. A missed session with no call, text, or email will also be forfeited. Any session that needs to be rescheduled will require 24-hour notice. Weather related cancellations by management or client shall be made up at a later date but also will not exceed one year from the package purchase date. We appreciate all recommendations. Any recommendation that results in the purchase of a package will be rewarded with 1 free session added to your current plan. Not to exceed 3 free sessions per package.
